The problem
Chemical distributors like SudhaMineChem lack a unified digital presence and face challenges in managing complex supply chains. Customers struggle to browse product catalogs, track inventory in real-time, and submit inquiries through fragmented channels. Operations teams manually process orders and lack visibility into distribution logistics and customer locations.
What I built
SudhaMineChem is a full-stack B2B platform featuring a comprehensive product catalog with detailed chemical specifications, real-time inventory tracking, and an integrated contact inquiry system with PostgreSQL persistence. The platform includes interactive geospatial mapping powered by Leaflet and React Leaflet to visualize distribution networks and customer locations. A secure authentication system using Passport and session management ensures role-based access. Analytics dashboards powered by Recharts provide insights into order patterns, inventory levels, and customer engagement. The backend leverages Express.js with Drizzle ORM for efficient database operations and API management.
Outcome
The platform enables SudhaMineChem to manage product catalogs, process customer inquiries, track inventory across multiple locations, and visualize their distribution network in real-time. The system reduces manual order processing time, improves customer engagement through self-service portals, and provides operations teams with actionable insights for supply chain optimization.
